Why is it that the foods that are good for you always seem to cost more money? While it seems like a twisted version of Murphy's Law, organic food is usually expensive. One such alternative is to visit your local farmer's market. Here you will find many organically grown products at very reasonable prices and since the food is locally grown, it is usually fresher as well.
When the colder months move in, be sure to do research on where you can find organic products at a reasonable cost in your area. Many people assume that these products have to be very expensive, but with a little self-education, there are numerous ways you can find organic food at great prices.
In the end, it is your body and what you put in it is your responsibility. I think you would agree that a little time spent investigating where to purchase organic food in your area is something your body will surely thank you for.
